The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon DiamAndes de Uco from Campo Los Andes in the Uco Valley was ages for 12 months in 30% new French oak barrels. A dark garnet-red in hue. The nose features notes of redcurrant with blackcurrant jam, sun-kissed fruit, spice and oak. Dry and broad in the mouth, the reactive tannins and mild acidity have a drying effect right now. Still young, it will improve in the botlle.
