"Oyster shell minerality leads the way in this salty, leesy version, with zesty pink grapefruit keeping pace with chamomile, heather and hazelnut accents. Savory and focused, with lime zest oil and a flattering hint of pie crust. Its minerality is precise and chiseled. Very good. 5,000 cases made, 1,000 cases imported. - KB"
