Alchemy Wines White Angel Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Angelina White Angel is a hand-harvested wine, gently pressed, fermented, and aged in concrete eggs with its lees for six months before being bottled unfiltered. It is characterized by its pale greenish-yellow color and aromas of white fruit and minerals. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, exceptionally fresh, and vibrant with a long, refreshing finish.

Pairing: Oysters, prawns, garlic shrimp, grilled octopus, chard omelet, stuffed zucchini, salmon quiche and white cheeses.
