Brassfield Estate Winery High Valley Eruption Red 2021

Eruption has a delightful bouquet of concentrated blackberries, blueberry, and
jammy olallieberry, mingled with accents of dried violet, fresh-cut cedar, and oak spice.
Hints of plum and dried anise add complexity to the aromatic profile. On the palate, rich
fruit flavors of blackberry, olallieberry, and plum dominate, complemented by a touch of
oak spice and cedar. The wine's full-bodied nature is enhanced by a juicy, well-balanced
finish, where balanced tannins provide a perfect counterbalance. This wine is a
wonderful expression of the rugged volcanic terrain on which these grapes are grown.
