Tasting notes :
The color is an impenetrable ruby red. It has exuberant aromas, mainly balsamic and fruity, reminiscent of mint, blackcurrant, and blueberry, but also evolves with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla, and juniper. On the palate, it denotes fullness, but above all, it displays great class. The tannins are extremely smooth and blend with the fruity flavor of blueberry. The finish is very persistent with pleasant spicy notes.
