Coelho Winery Zeitoun Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021

New leather; cedar; plums; dried cherries. This wine also shows new oak on the palate, showing more like coffee candy or coffee liqueur like Kahlua. Bloody or iron-rich, there is vanilla and coffee bean in the middle of tasting this wine. Fine but persistent tannins that rest on the tongue; very "Pinot Noir.' A snappy, almost sappy finish rounds the wine home. I recommend a seared duck breast with this one.
