A blend of Chardonnay from the Willamette Valley's Zena Crown, Bramble Hill, Jory Hills, and Cantwell vineyards. This dry white spends 10 months in 36% new oak. Fresh, with bright acidity, medium body, and orchard fruit and baking spice aromas. Pair with Hainanese chicken rice.
